Bonuses & Promotions
When you open an account at 2tiger and make your first deposit, you automatically receive a 200% welcome bonus. No bonus code is needed — once you deposit, the bonus is added to your account instantly. For example, if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you get a 40,000 Ks bonus and can play with 60,000 Ks. The maximum bonus is 500,000 Ks.
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is the bonus amount × 10. That means if you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, you need to place bets totalling 40,000 × 10 = 400,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus. If you receive the maximum 500,000 Ks bonus, you must complete 5,000,000 Ks in wagering. You can ask Support which games count toward wagering.
In most cases, slots count 100% toward wagering. Live casino games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and others count at a lower percentage. Football betting may also count toward wagering. Contact 2tiger Support for the exact percentage for each category.
Bonuses have a set usage period defined by policy. The exact duration may vary depending on the type of promotion. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus funds may be forfeited. So start playing as soon as you receive a bonus, and contact Support for specific expiry details.
The welcome bonus is 200%, with a maximum of 500,000 Ks. That means depositing 250,000 Ks gives you a 500,000 Ks bonus, letting you play with 750,000 Ks. Depositing more than 250,000 Ks does not increase the bonus beyond 500,000 Ks. For example, if you deposit 520,000 Ks, you still receive only 500,000 Ks in bonus and can play with a total of 1,020,000 Ks. The wagering requirement in this case is 5,000,000 Ks.
Making a Deposit
There are currently 4 deposit methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is 10,000 Ks regardless of which payment channel you use. KBZPay and Wave Money are credited the fastest, which is why most players use them. Keep in mind that Bank Transfer deposits may take longer to process.
Log in to your 2tiger account, go to the Deposit section, and select Wave Money. Send money to the Wave Money number shown using the Wave app, then copy the Transaction Reference into the deposit form and submit. The minimum deposit is 10,000 Ks for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal processing takes between 5 and 30 minutes. Note that bonus-related funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
First, check your transaction receipt and confirm that the reference number and amount are correct. If 15 minutes have passed, contact 2tiger Live Chat and show your transaction slip. If you can provide proof that your bank has debited the amount, Support will look into it for you. Support is available 24 hours, so you can reach out even outside normal hours.
2tiger does not charge a platform fee for deposits or withdrawals. However, KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay may charge their own transfer fees through their respective payment channels — check inside their apps for details. Bank Transfer fees vary depending on the bank and the amount.
Account Security
Two-Step Verification (2FA) is a security layer that requires more than just a password — you also need to enter a one-time OTP code sent to your phone number or Authenticator App. Even if your password is leaked, no one can log in without having access to your phone. We recommend enabling 2FA on any account that involves money.
An OTP code is a one-time code with a time limit, and anyone who has it can access your account — or even reset it without a password. 2tiger Support will never ask for your OTP code. Anyone asking for an OTP via Messenger, SMS or phone is a scammer, so never share it under any circumstances.
Change your password immediately and enable 2FA if you haven't already. Then contact 2tiger Live Chat and mention "account security issue". Support will terminate the session and look into it. If you find any withdrawals you don't recognize, report them with evidence — each case will be investigated individually.
Always check that the browser address bar shows exactly https://2tiger.run. Look for the padlock icon, and read the URL carefully — fake domains can change even the "run" extension to something like "2tiger.xyz" or "2-tiger.com". If a link arrives via social media or SMS, do not click it; type the address into the address bar yourself.

Football Questions
Yes. 2tiger covers a wide range of matches including the English Premier League (EPL), Myanmar National League (MNL), UEFA Champions League and FIFA World Cup. Both Pre-match and In-play Live Betting are available. Check the Sportsbook section to see all available matches.
An accumulator (Acca) is a bet that combines selections from multiple matches — you need to win every single one to receive the final payout. Because the odds multiply with each selection, a small stake can return a large payout. That said, if even one match loses, the entire Acca is lost, so the risk is high.
In Live Betting, odds shift in real time as the match unfolds, so you can pick your moment to place a bet. Common markets include match result (1X2), Next Goal scorer, Total Goals Over/Under, and Asian Handicap. When no match is live, only Pre-match markets are available.
Results are normally settled on the full-time score after the standard 90 minutes of play (excluding extra time). Responsible Gambling
Signs of problem gambling include: chasing losses by continuing to play, borrowing money to fund gambling, neglecting family and work for gambling, being unable to stop gambling, and lying to people around you to hide your gambling. If any of these apply to you, contact Support right away.
2tiger only allows players aged 21+. Any account registration by someone under 21 will be refused, and any under-21 account that is discovered will be closed. This policy is in place to protect players' health and well-being.
Yes. You can contact 2tiger Support to request a Cooling-Off Period or Self-Exclusion. During the Cooling-Off period, login access will be blocked and promo emails will stop. 2tiger believes this supports both self-protection and responsible play at the same time.
If you want to set a Deposit Limit, contact Support and request a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly limit. The limit takes effect immediately. If you want to increase it later, there is a short delay before the change is allowed — that delay is intentional, so you have time to reconsider your decision.
Losses happen regularly in casino games and football betting — that is simply how these games work by nature. Continuing to play while losing because you think you will "win it back" is often the first sign of problem gambling.
